Foreclosed liens (REO Foreclosures) for personal use or for investment as "rehab" projects are available for sale by us to the public. This product is generally quite different in nature from the high end institutional real estate for which the Kwartler Companies are more widely known. Nevertheless, we receive frequent requests from purchasers of rural, suburban and urban improved and unimproved "spot" locations for residential and/or commercial application.
