Our involvement in development projects is usually as principals. However, we have been involved in development on a select third party fee basis for our Institutional Clientele. Whether as principals or as a third party professional, our activities in development include site location, property acquisition, obtaining approvals, construction services, leasing, management, and sale.
Regardless of the type of development, we pride ourselves in producing well located and constructed real estate product which will grow in value over time. Our creative approach has resulted in landmark properties that have withstood the test of time by continuing to be profitable to Ownership as well as providing a functional working or living environment for many years beyond construction.
