Both the landlord and the tenant were represented by Mr. Krieger.
The property is located at Van Brunt Business Center, a two building 110,000 square foot “Flex” complex located within a ¼ mile of Route 4 and 5 minutes from the GWB, Interstate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and Palisades Interstate Parkway.
