Dan Frank, Senior Executive Vice President at Kwartler Associates, Inc., announced the acquisition of 111 Bauer Drive in Oakland, New Jersey, by BD Partners, a New Jersey-based investment company. The 121,000 -square foot, one-story flex building was sold by TA Associates Realty of Boston.
The fully occupied, multi-tenanted building will continue to be managed and represented by Kwartler.
"This property, built in the 1970’s, was well positioned for a sale, having recently undergone a major renovation that brought it up to today’s standards," said Frank.
Located in the Oakland-McBride Corporate Park, it sits on an attractively landscaped, 5-acre site in close proximity to Routes 208 and 287.
