Turner Construction Company, one of the largest construction management companies in the United States, has signed a long-term lease for 15,733 square feet of space at 3 Paragon Drive in Montvale, The announcement was made by Dan Frank, Senior Executive Vice President of Kwartler Associates, Inc., the property's manager.
Geoffrey Schubert of CB Richard Ellis represented both the landlord and Turner in the transaction.
Turner Construction will move into the 98,000-square-foot building later this summer, joining Pentax, another new tenant occupying 73,000 square feet. With these new tenants in place, there is only about 5,000 square feet remaining to be leased.
The property, which recently underwent a major renovation, features an attractive atrium lobby, a new café, as well as a new HVAC system, expanded loading dock capacity, and ample electrical capacity.
