Kwartler Associates, Inc. today announced signing a long-term agreement with JAG Physical Therapy, a comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy company, to lease 4,400 square feet at 240 Cedar Knolls Road in Cedar Knolls, N.J.
The lease was brokered by Marc Krieger, Kwartler’s Director of Leasing, who represented the landlord and Brendan McBride of Newmark Knight Frank representing JAG.
"Cedar Knolls Corporate Center was selected by JAG for its entry into the Morris County market for several reasons, including its amenities and location,” noted Krieger, "Only three miles from downtown Morristown, it has excellent access to Routes 10, 24, and 80".
Set on 14 acres, the four-story, 118,000 square-foot building is 92 percent occupied. Among its amenities are a full-service cafeteria, an on-site ATM, and access to a scenic jogging trail.
With existing locations in West Orange, Warren, and Hackensack, JAG provides physical therapy care for Workers Compensation cases, Medicare patients, and general orthopedic, sports, and soft tissue injuries. |
